Cancellation and Refund

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Personal care items


3. Exceptions – Defective or Damaged Products

If approved, we will replace the defective item with the same product at no additional cost.


4. Shipping Costs for Replacements

If a replacement is approved due to a defective or damaged product, we will bear the shipping cost for the replacement item.
